PAYMENT INFORMATION

For Checks or Money Orders

First, please call to confrim your order at (917)-536-0003. Please have name(s) of product(s) ready at the time of phone call you will receive a confirmation number when your order is being taken. When your order is being shipped out you, will be provided a tracking number via e-mail or via a phone call to track your package. COD shipping is only on UPS orders and is by Money Order Only! EXTRA CHARGE! Checks will be deposited and your item will ship after check has cleared Usualy 10 Business days.

That when you order any item from the Jeremy Dalessandro Creepy Collection, if the item is not in stock, it can take 5 to 14 Days to ship Item. We will let you know at the time of ordering if the item is in stock. Also, we don't rush our production. We try to spend as much time on every item. We want them to be Insane when you get them and there's only one way to do it.

Shipping Charges when using Paypal.com

Paypal adds shipping on the dollar amount not the size or weight. Orders that can not be shipped USPS 3 day mail we be charged based on the size and weight of box, so extra shipping charges may apply after purchase on Paypal. You will receive an e-mail about any extra costs that must be paid seperate than the time of purchase. Also, insurance is not added in price that is an extra charge as well please e-mail us for insurance cost.

We are not Responsible for Damages or Lose of Products due to Un Insured Shipping. Tracking Numbers don't lie you will see when your item is being shipped and its progress to it's Final Destnation.
